1703 S. ROBERTS, TEMPE
SINGLE-FAMILY FIX AND FLIP

BEFORE
It sold but we were worried about the buyer’s appraisal. Comps are so low that it’s hard to get an appraiser to count fix up money and mortgages often go sour.

AFTER
This is the first time I've skipped a separate entry sidewalk. The flowers are kind of a cheap trick. Here, like so many vanilla tract houses, pedestrians share the driveway with cars to get to the front door. We bought it for $108K and sold it for $175K.

The odd furniture was made by our friend Bob Wilkinson.
